“Today, 04/09/26, I was driving from New Castle, PA to Fairlawn, OH for my mother's birthday. On the way home down I-76 East, I made a pit stop in Rootstown and, thank god I did. I had recently gotten new tires put on and this was not done correctly. Driving 25mph down Ravenna Louisville Road, my front drivers side wheel came off while I was in motion. A stud snapped, and I was absolutely panicking. A tow driver from this EXCEPTIONAL company named BOBBY, passed by me and stopped in an instant to help. He called a coworker of his named TREVOR, and together, these two wonderful and kind and helpful men were able to get me situated so that I could get back home safe and sound. I would not have made it home tonight without Bobby and Trevor, and these men specifically deserve recognition and compensation for their care, dedication, and genuine kindness to a panicked 22 year old who doesnt know ANYTHING about mechanics. “I would like to say that the day I needed these people to tow my 2015 Harley Davidson Ultra Low Limited Motorcycle very professional absolutely No Drama other than the worst day to have bike break down was non stop rain for 24 hours. They were very busy and like everyone else that day . I have triple A towing that is what is called plus plan they had in 2 days of the rain March 31 2026 and April 1st over 1000 calls for roadside service that I waited about an hour way out on rte 44 at a sheetz gas station when the worker his name was Curtis I assisted him putting it on there slide back tow truck which I rode in to my home was a new truck and it was clean and very nice I am sure it cost a pretty penny so no issues , no drama, they texted me and called when they were pulling up I am 60 yrs old and had some towing experience many yrs ago this man Curtis working for company 10 yrs was very friendly and knowledgeable we had it loaded very quickly and not one single complaint or anything I would absolutely recommend them fur a service call and honestly when you break down it's a real fiasco on whomever something happens to they gave me the feeling like they are prepared to do there job plus they are 24 hours give them a call they have equipment they have knowledge and experience that they can prove want to thank driver name was Curtis for trouble free tow at the worst time for me awesome 5 stars no doubt about it !!!!”
