He explained that my vehicle and his tow truck were blocking traffic, so his first priority was getting my truck safely loaded and out of the roadway. He was quick on arrival, he had a solution and not only was he patient, professional, and efficient, I trusted him completely to take my Tahoe to Muskegon but also to get my mom and I back saftly. After loading my truck, he agreed to tow it all the way to my regular mechanic in Muskegon and even dropped my mom and off at home so we could continue celebrating her birthday.
