“Our tire blew on the 580. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Sami the tow truck driver was so kind and arrived quickly on an early Sunday morning in the rain. His main concern was our safety. When our spare wouldn’t hold air, he helped us find a tire shop and even helped us call a couple of places while we were too. Trying to find a tire shop open Sunday morning is almost near impossible. His high level of customer service was outstanding and you would be lucky to have him help you If you need towing assistance. Metro towing is lucky to have such a dedicated employee who really cares about the well-being of all the customers he serves. Thank you, Sami And Metro towing. Highly recommend this business to all.”
“Recently, my car wouldn't start because of a dead battery, and Naseer from Metro Towing came to provide roadside assistance. He quickly jump-started the vehicle, carefully inspected the battery, and recommended replacing it due to its condition. When the battery died again the following day, I contacted Naseer for advice. Even though he was off duty, he was willing to help and assisted me with the battery replacement. His timely support helped prevent further issues that could have affected other electrical components. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and professionalism. He even cleaned corrosion from the battery terminal to ensure everything was in good condition. Naseer provided outstanding service, went above and beyond to help, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance.”
