“Mike's was the third stop for me to get a quote from on my damaged car door. The first place was charging over $1,000 more than Mike's! The second place down the road - 1) the owner didn't show up for my appointment and then 2) they never called me back 🤷‍♀️. I stopped into Mike's unannounced and they were able to take the time to look at my damages and then produce a quote for me later in the day. Liz was so friendly and helpful in every way! The quote was tremendously better and Liz helped me get a rental car through Enterprise who were equally nice and helpful! The quote had said three days for my car to be ready. Liz and Vanessa stayed in touch with text messages letting me know my car was being worked on. It was Memorial Day weekend and I hoped I wouldn't end up with the rental car for extra days when everything was closed for the holiday! But surprisingly, my car was ready exactly when they said it would be! The office was clean and inviting, with cold waters and a coffee machine. I didn't sit to wait for a single minute, but if I had - it was nicer than the usual car place. This was such a wonderful experience for me with a not so fun reason to be there. Driving away I noticed they had basically detailed my car, it was so clean inside and out (and it smelled good too!). I've had some not so pleasant experiences where I was consistently told things that were untrue - misleading quotes, dates the car would be ready and then it wasn't, etc. This was a perfect experience from start to finish. Imagine all businesses were run this way? Honest, reliable, great communication, fast, quality work and going above and beyond! I highly recommend!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! Liz and Vanessa are real life examples of how a customer should be treated. I hope I won't need them again soon, but if I do, you know where I'm going!”
