“In October 2024, my classic vehicle's engine wouldn't fire up. I contacted Morton's Towing for service. I had used them in June 2024 and I was extremely satisfied with their service. I called them around 7:30am to make arrangements for tow around lunchtime. I had several meetings so they said that they could accommodate my requested time. I find their team to be professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They are compassionate about their customers. I highly recommend.”

“⭐️ I didn’t end up using Morton’s services but I was so moved my their genuine willingness to help me figure out my situation that I wanted to make sure I left a positive review for their staff. My mother-in-law who lives hours away was driving an old truck up to visit and broke down about an hour away from me in the middle of a thunderstorm. I was simultaneously trying to understand what assistance my car insurance could provide while searching tow companies and just generally trying to figure out what to do. Morton’s came up with (deserved) good reviews so I called, not even sure what I needed really and just started explaining and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly helpful and kind. I know I sounded panicked but she was so patient. She talked with her boss to see if he had any recommendations for mechanics nearer me and put together a quote for me but was very honest with me in explaining that in my specific situation my insurance assistance might be a more cost effective route (which it ultimately was). I asked her twice for her name so I could mention her here but she humbly said her boss was the one making suggestions and to just shout out the company overall. You know how sometimes you just interact with someone who just gives off so much goodness and integrity it restores your faith in people? Thank you so much! If I ever need a tow locally, I will absolutely be calling back - highly recommend the staff and support service here!”
