“I had my truck repaired here after finding a light pole that had jumped in back of me when I was backing up in a snowstorm (amazing how new vehicles fold up and bend). The repair was done through my insurance. I had to wait one month before they could get me in (it was a long winter here in Moscow/Pullman) but once I dropped my truck off, it was done in 4 days. The staff is awesome here. Down to earth, friendly small business owners who have a passion for paint and dogs (the dogs are part of staff Haha) I was very impressed with the body and paint work, and when one of my taillights wound up being crooked a couple days later, they didn't hesitate to replace the clips that hold it in and get it sitting right. My experience with Myers has been nothing but good, and I would definitely return to them for repairs in the future.”
“In every area, from start to finish, Myers is run with integrity, honesty and efficiency and I could not ask for more! I have received what I consider the best friendly, professional, communicative customer service and impeccable body work at reasonable rates. I decided to pay personally rather than turn in to my insurance and Steve was able to give me a menu of options on the work I wanted to have done and the cost. They went above and beyond on the repair. I even had a rattle underneath somewhere that I planned on fixing at my mechanic after the job was complete, but the rattle was gone! This operation runs down to a science, yet it feels so personal. This was my first experience using Myers and the team, especially Steve, made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. I will and do highly recommend!”
