Breaking down on the interstate in another state was NOT how I planned to spend my day. Northwestern Towing showed up like absolute heroes. Technically, they were supposed to haul my truck all the way to Portland — which would’ve cost a small fortune — but Jordan went above and beyond. He figured out a way to tow me just five miles back to my campsite instead. That one act saved me so much money and even more stress. Jordan was friendly, calm, and clearly cared about helping me, not just completing a job. If you ever need a tow, pray Northwestern Towing sends Jordan.

I was visiting my sister in Wilsonville and I was just about to go home to Seattle when my car wouldn't start!!! I tried to jump it, but that didn't work. After talking to a local auto shop, it was thought to be a faulty alternator, so I called my insurance company to tow the car to the auto shop. The insurance company notified a local towing company and within 1 hour Nichols Taylor from Northwestern Towing was at my sister's house. He greeted me with a smile and asked what was wrong with my car. I explained that the car wouldn't start, that we had already tried to jump it and the alternator was potentially bad. He opened the hood of the car and noticed that the battery had corrosion on the positive end. He offered to try and jump it again with his portable jumper cables just to make sure it wasn't a problem with the battery. Amazingly, it actually started!! Instead of getting upset that he had to drive 30 mins out to Wilsonville to NOT tow a car, he kindly suggested I go to either Auto Zone or O'Reilly and have them check the battery and they could also check the alternator. I decided to drive my car to O'Reilly in Wilsonville and it ended up to be only a bad battery that I was able to replace for $250! Thank you Nichols for putting in the extra effort to help me troubleshoot this problem!! You saved me over $700 for an alternator replacement I didn't need!!! I would highly recommend Northwestern Towing company and especially Nichols Taylor. He was extremely professional, experienced and had amazing customer service. Thanks again!!!
