“I’d would like to start by saying never in my life did I think I would be writing a review for a towing company but here we are. Did you get stuck in the states with a vehicle that wouldn’t start? Could you literally see the border in your vehicle but not be able to get anyone to come get you? Did you think all hope was lost? Were you ready to just start a new life in your car in NY? Did you rethink every life decision you’ve ever made to end up here? We I can confidently now say I’ve been there and done that and Parkway Towing quite literally saved me and my boyfriend. Mike picked us up and even though me and my boyfriend were ready to quit life, this gem had us on the road, across the border, and emotionally stable within minutes. Talk about a gift. We also chatted and laughed the whole drive back. His driving skills were excellent. Also he only had wonderful things to say about his company, who I spoke to briefly on the phone (when they gave me an accurate timeframe for the arrival of the truck). So if you’re sitting in a broke down vehicle right now trying to find the best towing, I would look no further. They literally saved our butts but additionally went above and beyond the call of duty. We are so grateful. Thanks Parkway! I hope I never have to be in a scenario where I need to use you again 😅😅 but I would 10/10 return.”

“We are very grateful to Kegan from Parkway Towing for helping us solve a tricky towing situation. To our frustration and surpries, our fairly new camper van would not shift gears due to a software issue. It is also a 4 wheel drive and weighs 9000lbs. It was sitting in our driveway and needed to be towed to the dealership for a diagnostic and repair. Having an RV package, we called CAA, who sent along a very nice tow truck driver. He was all set to attach the back wheels and get on his way, and stopped in his tracks when he noticed that the vehicle was a 4 wheel drive. Then, there was a lot of humming and hawing. The vehicle apparently was too heavy for a dolly, too high for a normal flatbed and could not be towed unless the drive train was disconnected. He seemed a bit overwhelmed at the idea of having to release the drive train. Which made us anxious and looking for different solutions. As it happened, Keegan, arrived later in the afternoon and was right on the money about what needed to be done without any hesitation. I explained to him that we were looking for other options that didn't require towing it so we didn't have him tow it that day. He gave me his card and told me he would be happy to come back at any time. After calling all the nearby dealerships to see if they would come and do a "house call",and having our usual mechanic come 2 different times with 2 different scanners, it became apparent that, if we wanted to use our camper, we were going to have to tow it to the dealership which would requires releasing the drive train to disengage the 4 wheel drive. I called back CAA, asking for Kegan at Parkway Towing, and was told politely that they couldn't guarantee it would be him coming. We had another wonderful tow tuck driver( 3rd) come who agreed that the drive train needed to be removed and after assessing the situation, told us we would have to have a mechanic come to take it off and then push the 9000lb vehicle to the road and then they could tak”
