“Juan was pleasant, professional, and efficient throughout the entire experience. Although he was running a bit late for my scheduled pickup time, he kept me informed of his status and even explained the reason for the delay, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he noticed how tired I was and reassured me that my vehicle would be safely towed to the desired location. He followed through on that promise and provided photo confirmation once the job was complete. Overall, his communication and reliability made the experience smooth and stress-free.”
“The driver that showed up was Roy. He greeted me with a friendly smile and gave me clear instructions. It made me feel calm given the stressful feeling of my car broke down. He was polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He could have left immediately after unloading and receiving payment but he stayed and explained and guided me through the dealership's off hour drop off process. It may seem like a small gesture but it highlights his professionalism and dedication to his work. The process from meeting, hookup, delivery was simple and quick. Roy represented the company very well.”
