“Unfortunately, today was a day where my bus had gotten lodged between a hill. The entirety of this incident, I had been completely frustrated because I knew that something like this would impede on my schedule for the day. I knew that something like this would take the entire day. No sooner than I got off the phone with Pro-Tow, a truck pulls up an hour later. 60 Minutes just as the dispatcher said. Nothing more or less. Wamon and Brian were the operators for the towing service requested through my company and their experience within their field of work showed. ZERO Damage, ZERO Injury, and overall exceptional service completed within 30min or less. I didn't expect it to be that quick with absolutely no damage to the vehicle. Now being completely honest, I had it in mind that I would be sitting for at least 3 hours minimum because that's typically how long a service like this would take on average given the magnitude of my vehicles; however, this was not the case. The response time, the service time, and the overall capability to get in and out in record time with absolutely no damage is mind-blowingly incredible. Highly recommend. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would select it.”

They were able to send me a text link to show my location which alleviated all the hassle of describing where I was at. Keith did excellent job of dispatching and getting me a timeline and what to expect. I was extremely happy to learn they also operate a Automotive repair shop that specializes in RV repairs. Brian did a phenomenal job with performing the tow, he was polite, attentive and accommodating. It is always refreshing to see a professional perform their trade at a high level.
