“My name is Norman I am 71 years old and somewhat disabled, my daily driver is a 1973 Chevy El Camino. This is a true American classic , I am very proud of my truck. It was Friday Oct 24th, 7:30 p.m. I pulled into a gas station to fuel up. As I was approaching the pumps my truck just died. Loss of battery power. After trouble shooting the problem, I was unable to repair my vehicle. I called Geico road side assistance. They recommended PROFESSIONAL TOWING AND RECOVERY. I contacted their company and they told me it would be 1.5 hours before someone would arrive. I was not very pleased about that however the dispatcher assured me that that was quite common in the towing industry. They kept in touch however continued issues with their current clients vehicle caused them to be even later. After 3.5 hours from contact time the driver arrived, his name is John. John quickly assessed the situation , took preliminary photographs of my vehicle, and proceeded to get my truck on board his deck truck. John worked quickly and appeared to be totally professional , performing his duties in a workmanlike fashion with absolutely no wasted motion. You could tell he was very experienced. His professionalism allowed me to become more relaxed with the situation. I knew that my classic was in good hands. Once my El Camino was secure on the deck John helped me into the cab of his deck truck. Considering that I walk with a cane and am somewhat disabled this was not an easy task. John was very patient and encouraging and with his assistance I managed to get into the cab. You could tell he had done this many times before because he gave me a heads up, getting out is even harder. We then left for a short 5 Mile trip to my home. Once we arrived it was necessary to put my truck onto my carport. John did this with amazing surgical expertise. You could tell he had done this many times. Once my truck was free of his truck he continued to work positioning my vehicle in the proper manner. It looked”

“I'll tell you something, professional towing is serious business, starting with Marcy, as she really knows her stuff, giving me facts, not the BS I had been getting from 4 other tow companies, not knowing their business. 10-15 texts and calls about how they're 30 minutes out, then 20 minutes out for the next 2 plus hours as I sat in my hot car waiting and looking for this mysterious driver who is still 20 minutes out. A tow truck is here, but it cannot tow my car. Four times over 29 hours. Then I call PT and speak with Marcy at 1:27 p.m., she explains everything after I inform her of the problems I have been having. At 1:36 p.m., she tells me the tow truck will be there in 45 minutes. I laugh and say so, 3:30 p.m., she firmly says, maybe other tow companies did it, that way PT doesn't. Tow will be there in 45 minutes. Kevin Williams was pulling in at 16 or 17 minutes past 2:00 p.m. Looked everything over, got straps, sliders, moved the truck, wrenched my car up on the truck, said get in, pulled the truck up out of everyone's way so they could get their cars washed, strapped the wheels snug, and we were off. I was home 21 minutes later. I only met Marcy and Kevin from Professional Towing. I imagine the rest of the PT strive to be better than the others.
