“I woke up to a flat tire today and called my roadside assistance and let me tell you, they sent me angels on earth! First, my spare tire was bolted to the back of my trunk and it took Jay at least 20 mins to get it loose! When I tell you this man is strong as heck!!! His partner/spouse kept reassuring me “oh don’t you worry he will get it loose”. VIOLA! What do you know he got it loose and changed my tire in 0.5 seconds. They are the BEST DYNAMIC duo ever! They’re personable and inviting. Those characteristics go along way! They JUST pulled away and I had to write a review IMMEDIATELY! thank you again.”
“I got a flat tire on my way from Target to get some delicious Thai food. I made it to the parking lot at the Thai spot. Contacted roadside assistance through my insurance en route and Jay made it to me by the end of my lunch date. He was super casual and professional all at the same time. By the time I paid my bill at the restaurant, Jay was already done installing my spare tire and putting all my stuff (e.g., stroller) back in the trunk. It would’ve taken me 1-2 hours to attempt what Jay completed in several minutes. I was so impressed with the timeliness, communication, and efficiency. Thanks for being available on a Sunday afternoon, Jay and Laci!”
