A young man named James came to the rescue and was incredibly helpful. He was professional, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during a stressful situation. It's hard to find that level of service these days. If you're stuck and need help ask for James- he's a lifesaver! And I can't get over how fast he had us loaded up and back at our house. “July 3rd I was traveling through Jackson on 35 east on my first long road trip in my camper van and 5.5 hours from home and I ended up breaking down at a gas station in town. Managed to get the van started and was referred to Ron’s. By the time I got to Ron’s it was early afternoon on July 3rd and turns out the alternator needed replaced in the van. The folks at Ron’s quickly got one on order hoping it would come in the next morning (the 4th of July). Alternator got delivered to their shop the next morning a little before 9 and they had me ready to go by 10AM ON THE 4th OF JULY. They weren’t officially open on the 4th but some of their guys were already planning to work on another vehicle and they offered to replace my alternator. I was very impressed with their service and they went above and beyond to help me out any way they could to get me back on the road. Since I had to stay overnight in Jackson (stayed in the van) they recommended restaurants within walking distance, told me about the 4th of July festivities that were happening in town that evening, and really made sure I had what I needed for the night - very accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommended.”
