“Boat towing by water port to port. Ken arrived right on time and could not have been nicer. Explained things in full detail, hooked me up and off we went. I was In my boat for the tow. Ken was very attentive and kept checking with a thumbs up to make sure all was going well. We kept in constant contact through the entire tow. Once arriving and the ramp he gently positioned me on the dock, made sure I was tied off and secure before leaving and asked if there was anything else he could do. Shook his had and he left. If for any reason I should need to use them again I would in a second. Mike the owner and Melissa the Lady who sets everything up was great to deal with. Only needed a two day notice and they were there. Kudos to them both and the way they run an operation. Have not seen this type of professionalism in a long time. They set a high bar to meet. “Our 560 Sky Galleon was grounded at the mouth of the Boca Grande Marina 3/18. Our Sea Tow Captain, James Cunningham, arrived shortly after we put in the call. His first attempt was unsuccessful due to low tide and weight of our boat. He agreed to come back closer to high tide- which was around 1a.m. We were ever so grateful to have a second chance to get off. The wind continued to HOWL and the water was rough. James brought back a sturdier bridal when he arrived at 12:30.a After much “wiggling”by James with his vessel, we were finally able to engage our engines to help with his tow. We don’t cruise in the dark so coming in to finally dock was a daunting task for us. James led us in and helped us get docked. His efforts were OVER AND ABOVE normal “service”‼️He was a lifesaver when we needed it and just the kind of guy you want in that situation! Very patient! Thank you again James!”
