“Shaw's Towing is seriously the best! They were ridiculously fast at getting a driver out to my car, and the tow itself was way less expensive than I expected. Kim, who I spoke with on the phone, was just so kind and helpful. Nick, the owner/fella who towed my car, even picked my car key up from me so that I didn't have to find a ride back out to where I left my car. They both really went out of their way to help me, and while its never fun when your car breaks down, they helped make a stressful situation better. Great people, and also, they're a local NE family business!! Thank ya'll again!”
“After being T-boned, I had been looking (maybe in shock in the below zero weather) for an affordable tow that wasn't hours away, for a while. When I got ahold of Nick, the dispatcher, I thought, "This guy actually wants to help me." And he did. The rates were affordable and he helped me figure out where I could bring my wreck of a car. When he said he'd call back, he did in under 10 minutes. Nick made my nightmare of an evening manageable when I felt dumbstruck. The tow driver was very kind as well; he arrived quickly and got it done.”
