“Yuck, who likes to get towed for anything... Well it happened, and I had the pleasure of getting greeted by Dave. Dave was professional and smiling, and put my anxiety aside. I feel like he enjoyed the customers and improved my tow experience. Top Tier customer service and a delight... Smittys had a wonderful, clean flatbed come and was timely. This is definitely when most customers would say is not out best moment... But thank you, Dave coming in happy and friendly to haul my EV baby away... PS. I lucked up and got this company via AAA.”
“Smitty’s towing got me out of a real jam. I had a Blow out on the freeway on the hard shoulder my tire came off the rim and was flapping. I barely had time to think and put my truck on the hard shoulder. Problem was it was up hill in the shade so motorists could not see so well as the sun was in their eyes. Added to this the cell reception was not great. The tire was on the drivers side so that meant the technician, I think his name was James, had to be with his back to the traffic as he had to lay on his side to get the chains from the winch to the underside of my truck. The bed tilted and the hydraulics pulled the truck up like toy. The technician was very professional, smart and friendly. We chatted as he drove me and my truck back home. What on the onset was crappy advent sitting by the road side actually turned into a fun adventure. I highly recommend this company company local and trustworthy.Shout out also to AAA road side assistance.”
