It is easy to see how and why they have 5 stars. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and told me about an hour. I received a call from Kim a short while later to let me know she was on her way and how long she would be. Kim showed up exactly when she said she would and was very personable and professional. I would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend calling them if you need their services as they are quite impressive for a towing company.”
