After a series of unfortunate events with our flights from Dublin, we found ourselves in a tough spot in a rental car that unexpectedly shut down on the side of the road. With no Ubers available and the clock ticking, we were feeling pretty stranded. Enter Josh, our knight in shining armor. He was recommended by Avis after they failed to assist us, and I’m so thankful they connected us. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that we were in good hands. Josh took the time to ensure my sister and I, both over 60, were safely off the road before even starting the towing process. His kindness and attentiveness were incredibly reassuring in a stressful situation. What really stood out was his commitment to going above and beyond. He not only managed to load our non-functioning car onto his truck without causing any damage but also made sure we had a bathroom break during our two-hour wait on the interstate. It was a long night, and we were exhausted after being up for over 36 hours, but Josh kept our spirits up with his friendly demeanor and country charm. Once we were back in Tulsa, he helped us find a hotel with availability, even assisting with our luggage, which was no small feat after our ten-day trip to Ireland. It was clear he genuinely cared about our well-being, and his dedication to helping us was beyond anything we could have expected. In a world where service can often feel lacking, Josh and Steddum Wrecker truly set the bar high. If you ever find yourself in a bind, I can wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to them.
