“Qk story....My tire blew out and I exhausted all of my AAA roadside assistance. AAA contacted a third party tow company to assist me with my tow; which happened to be Steve’s Tow company. Steve changed my spare tire and I was on the road in minutes. As I pulled off I ran over an unidentifiable object, which punctured my front right tired. I literally had a blow out less than a mile away from where Steve changed my spare tire. I contacted Steve immediately. Steve informed me that he observed that I ran over a a plastic object with a metal piece . He informed me that he had another call but would be available to assist me thereafter. Steve arrived in a timely manner. He towed my vehicle to a nearby Wheel Works. Steve was professional, courteous, flexible and patient to say the least. I highly recommend Steve for anyone looking for professional and dependable service.”
“I was hauling a load into CA and began experience weak battery and starting issues. Finally, at rest stop, my vehicle would nit start. Several people tried to assist with jump starting but that did not work. I found Steve's Roadside Assistance online and was able to call and make contact. Steve answered the late night call and quickly made me feel at ease by his professional response.. He asked all the right questions and had the batteries I needed on hand. He stayed in communication with me and arrived at my location within an hour. Steve had all the necessary tools and equipment with him and quickly analyzed my electrical malfunction. He provided and installed 2 top quality, heavy duty, Interstate batteries with the proper amperage and cold cranking specifications for my diesel engine. Steve also provided me with the Nationwide Warranty information fir the batteries. It was great to hear that engine roar to life when he was finished and I was able to get back on the road. Steve was very professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Steve's Roadside Assistance to anyone who has vehicle problems on the road!”
