“Thacker Towing & Recovery delivered two huge box trailers to my house today and they did an excellent job! Owner, Kenneth Thacker, and his driver, Kenneth, were amazing at maneuvering and dropping those trailers just where I wanted them! They were very friendly and professional. I had to postphone delivery day a few times because of the wet conditions and they were very patient and understanding. Kayla, the receptionist, was super helpful and prompt with all communication. I can't express enough what a great experience this was! They will definitely be my "go to" towing company! I highly reccomend! A++++++”

My husband was stranded *three hours from home* after losing a bearing on our boat trailer, and it happened on one of the rainiest, nastiest days we’ve had in a long time. Despite the awful weather and the long distance, they went absolutely **above and beyond** to make sure he—and our equipment—got home safely. From the moment we called, their communication was clear, helpful, and reassuring. The driver arrived quickly, treated my husband with genuine kindness, and handled a tough situation with complete professionalism. They didn’t just tow a trailer—they brought peace of mind when we really needed it. It’s rare to find a company that shows this level of dedication, especially under such difficult conditions.
