“This is the towing company for which you are looking. No Jedi mind trick, they’re just legitimately more capable than the rest. What they did for us: Battery died on our vehicle. Impossible to even put it in neutral. Worse, it was parked behind a house in a narrow, Fan alleyway. (see photo) Over 6 1/2 hours, we had 3 different tow trucks come and go. They all shrugged their shoulders. It was too tight and/or they didn’t have the necessary capabilities. The day was wasted. The next morning, I call Thomas Towing and speak to Abin. From jump, he was positive and can-do. Gave me confidence over the phone that carried over into real life. The driver, J, arrived. “Man, this is tight he said.” Then he just got down to business. What stopped 3 other drivers in their tracks, J made look easy in less than 10 minutes. To be clear, it wasn’t easy, J just made it look that way. From the time I called, to the time J towed it off to the dealer, it was probably an hour total. After a very stressful day before, including one driver who looked at the situation and drove off without a word, this was a real relief. Relax. Thomas Towing has got you.”

“Super impressed with the fast turnaround, great communication and quality service from Thomas Towing. Before calling Thomas, I had first reached out to a different tow company called "stuck solutions" (do not use them!) and it's an AI voice service which was super annoying to use, I requested that they tow me and they confirmed and then never came, they lost my order when I called back. Wouldn't let me talk to a human being. Meanwhile my truck was stuck on the side of 64 in a dangerous spot and hours went by and that company never came or even contacted me. I made one quick call to Thomas Towing and got an immediate answer from a real human being and he had me taken care of within an hour. Price was very reasonable. I'm hoping I never need another tow again but if I do, I know where to call. Stick with real humans with a local owned business.”
