“Let me tell my Experience with Thorough Truck Service. On February 21 morning my truck was broke down in the middle of nowhere in KY I-75 it’s 5 am park in the side of the road and try to find out what happened but can’t figure out. I’m ready for Highway sharks ( towing company) start googling got thorough truck cross finger They send there Mechanic he says something wrong on the ENGINE. Can’t say nothing I thinking the shark start chewing. After 2 hr tow truck coming with the mechanic ( mike) towed to shop. I meet Ben Caldwell the owner and Mechanic politely he introduced his name and walked to my truck he find out the problem it’s a rockers arm he says let’s open the head min coasts to parts is more than $5000 Ben and mike open the head they got loose bolts and the head must be changed DD15 wow . Ben he try to do all his best to fix it with lower price Now it’s takes a week to fix I’m loaded frozen food. Ben says he can deliver my load to Lexington 80 Miles he did it . Now one problem resolved now I’m 480 miles away from home can’t sit in the shop for a week . Ben says let’s talk my dad ( Gene Caldwell )may be he will give you a car to get home . He says okay no problem. Second problem solved. Now I’m thinking how much will be for all this repair Road side service Towing Delivery my load by there truck Engine repair Car to get home Oil change ... Less than $5000.00 God bless this Caldwell family Thank you”

“I’m so impressed that I’m writing a review Our camper broke down along I75 and we called thorough truck and towing and they were exactly as advertised We left the camper at 3pm they picked it up at 4:30 and was back at their shop by 5:30. With phone calls along the way with what was happing. Received a call at 10:40pm camper was fixed and ready to roll. All this happened within 6 hours. Went to pick it up and someone had ripped some trim off the back 🤦🏼‍♂️. Called the owner and he came right out and said take it home and I will come and fix it with another guy when we get the parts. Hesitation I was but did it anyways. 2 days later they showed up in the evening and fixed it like nothing ever happened. Did exactly as they said and with great communication. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. This is the way business is supposed to be ran. If you have an issue please give them a shout. Definitely will be my go to if ever needed on I75 in southern Kentucky northern Tennessee Thanks everyone that was involved”
