“Me and my girlfriend were far from home on a visitation troop for my little brother who'd just graduated OSUT at Fort Moore and had his Turning Blue ceremony. On our way home my jeep had a critical failure and Jake from Tiger Towing helped us get all the fro Oplelika Alabama to my little town in northwest TN. He was more than kind the whole trip and did his best to make the entire adventure stress free as possible. Even the lady I spoke to when I called the tow and Mr Whitlow were extremely patient and helpful in getting us back home. If I ever had to visit the area again I'd definitely call them again if I needed and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow in that area. Thanks again so much Mr Jake”
“Last night my vehicle stopped on I-85 North near Auburn on a trip from Texas to Virginia with my mom and my brother with Down-syndrome. I had no idea where I was and what I should do. I was fortunate to have Jonathan from Tiger Towing respond from my auto assistance claim from my insurance. He quickly contacted me and assured me he’d get to me promptly. Since he knew that area was very dangerous and is known for fatal accidents he did not hesitate to get on scene to ensure our security. Upon arrival he made sure that me and my family were safe with a local police officer and coordinated our transportation to a safe location. He helped identify that my alternator was most likely the main issue and gave me recommendation to a reputable repair shop that should have the parts and could possibly get me back on the road the next day. He also wanted to make sure we had somewhere safe to stay since we were from out of town. Once we got settled he delivered my vehicle to the repair shop. I’m not sure what he did but when the shop opened one of the workers already identified me and knew my situation. I was assured me that they would do the best they could to get me back on the road. Ultimately I feel that Jonathan’s professionalism, knowledge about his community, and care factors were OUTSTANDING! I wanted to at least write a review to recognize him and thank him for being such a positive influence through what could have been a stressful and dangerous situation. Thank you Jonathan.
