“I cannot recommend Tow King enough! On 5/30 we were in a multi car accident on I35 in Waco, which is 3 hrs from where we live. James (owner/partner) hooked up our vehicle and also drove us to their business. Being banged up and frazzled, James, right away helped diffuse our anxiety by letting us know that he would help us get everything worked out and back on the road. Upon arrival at the office, James and EVERYONE we crossed paths with made sure to let us know where we could find drinks, snacks, and the restrooms. The office was also so VERY clean and comfortable. While we waited for the paperwork to be completed we secured a rental vehicle at the Enterprise Car Rental location at the Waco airport. We discussed with James and others that we could take an Uber once we were cleared to leave, but they would have no part of that. They insisted that they would personally take us. Once the paperwork was completed, Amy (daughter in law of James/ & co-partner) took us and another person who was involved in the same accident to the Enterprise location in her personal vehicle. The kindness, direction, and professionalism we received from everyone at this business was 2nd to NONE! Its been a week since the accident and we still talk about how Tow King was our ABSOLUTE God Send that day. They turned our very stressful situation into something manageable! After all was said and done we were back on the road and finally made it home safely. We cannot thank the ENTIRE Tow King family enough!”

“I've never met a person who enjoys dealing with a tow company on the back end, after their car gets towed then have to pay a fee to get their car back from their lot. But, my car broke down because of the alternator. I needed to get my car to a dealership, so they can get it fixed and also to deal with the maintenance that needed to have happened this month anyways. I called, they answered, and appointment with set. It took a little bit more time than I preferred, but they we're dealing with the logistics as to where to drop it off and the time. Because the car dealership didn't have a key drop, they needed to reschedule with me with what do I like to do. It did cost more money to drop it off my place and then the next day pick it back up to bring it to the dealership when they open. But the tow truck driver gave me some great advice and even saved me some money by offering me to pay a fraction of what I would have paid if I simply have the car towed to their lot and they take it in the morning after I set a schedule with the dealership as to when they can drop it off with them. It was more money than I cared to pay, but they did provide an essential service in a clutch that if I did not have them, I really would have been up a creek without a paddle. Dealing with them was easy. The lady on the phone was polite. The driver was helpful. Payment was flawless and quick. All in all, a really great experience, if you specifically need to have your car towed, then they will try to take care of you. 👍”
