“Wow…thank you from the bottom of my heart! My car broke down on I-65 at 1:00 AM, and I was completely alone—on top of that, it was a rainy night. Thankfully, I was able to safely move to the side of the road. I called my car insurance, only to find out (the hard way 😒) that emergency towing wasn’t included in my coverage—so definitely double-check your policy! They did provide a list of local tow companies. The first company didn’t even answer. My second call was to Tow Pro, and I’m so glad it was. The sweetest young lady answered on the very first ring, took all my information, and made the process smooth and stress-free. After confirming my details, I received a simple payment link, and shortly after, my “rescue angel” (an amazing tow truck driver) called to let me know he was on the way. The entire process only took about 45 minutes! I truly can’t thank Tow Pro enough for their professionalism, kindness, and quick response during such a stressful situation. If you ever need a reliable towing service—day or night—please call Tow Pro. They are lifesavers!”
“Alex, is the best. He came out today and told us after a minor incident. He had the truck and trailer hooked up in 15 minutes max. He told me exactly what he needed me to do and there were no issues at all. He got us towed to the Kenworth dealership in record time. That man needs a raise! Alex, if you're reading this, you are the man! If you are a supervisor of Alex, I would strongly consider putting that man in management. He is meant for a big things in this life. The best tow truck driver I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and I've dealt with a lot from personal vehicles, police work when I used to be a police officer, working hundreds of wrecks with multiple different companies and tow truck drivers, and Alex was the most pleasurable out of everybody to deal with and the most professional. He got the job done and knew exactly what he was doing. Super fast and efficient, and highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow or work done in general.”
