“This is the second time now that we have used James and the excellent services he provides at Veterans Road Service. James is always prompt, helpful and is willing to help with his towing services immediately! He genuinely cares and his follow up has been impeccable. I can't recommend James enough and he's helped us out in a couple of towing emergencies - he really goes over and beyond for his customers!”
“I can not thank this man enough. I came out here early Saturday morning from Illinois to pick up an suv and tow it home. The winch on our trailer stopped working. And after spending the entire day and evening trying to get a new one to work, we failed and ended up in a hotel. Today is Sunday and we spent all morning to find someone to help us and thought maybe a tow truck could get the suv on the trailer. James answered immediately and patiently listened to my dilemma. He was intrigued by the challenge and prompt to offer his assistance to see what he could do. This was by no means an easy task. The qx80 needed to be pulled out of an area, and then James needed to reverse his truck unto my back end and back up the suv unto the trailer. It took the work of james, my husband, and even myself, all working together to get it successfully unto the trailer. This was almost a 2 hr task. James was super detailed to make sure no damage was done to the suv as it was a super tight squeeze, but also to calm my nerves as I was very uncomfortable being so high steering this vehicle onto the trailer while having no brakes, on a hill, trusting him not to let me go or press a wrong button etc......my nerves were high. Once successfully on the trailer my husband asked for help tying the Vehicle down. Not only did he help, but we were short two straps so he met us at farm and fleet to ensure we got everything done safely. I'm beyond thankful for him and helping get us back on the road to home. I know everyone always looks at how much someone may cost, but his assistance and going above and beyond no price tag could measure. Thank you James. All the 5 star reviews you have are very well deserved!”
