“Talk about first class service! We had a car that was having engine trouble and had taken it to a local shop. They had it for three days with no updates and no progress. Got tired of waiting and called Walker’s to tow it from Mansfield to their shop, they had it picked up the next day and got right to work. The engine ended up locking up while they were diagnosing it so we got lucky we didn’t get stranded. Noah called and explained the situation and our options, took all of our warranty information and dealt with everything. He kept us updated every single step of the way which was amazing and very reassuring, definitely made us feel like a priority and well taken care of. He always took time to explain where he was at in the process, what was next, and what options were. They got us our car back way faster than I expected, and most of our waiting time was due to dealing with warranty company. They have earned my business from here on out!
