“Mr. James Johnson with Weil Wrecker provided exceptional service. He unlocked my SUV in under two minutes, had a jump box on hand, and was able to start the vehicle and load it onto his wrecker within minutes. The day before, another towing company sent two operators who were unable to unlock the vehicle and did not have the proper equipment to jump‑start it. After 30 minutes of attempting to pry the door open, I asked them to stop out of concern for potential damage. Weil also towed another one of my vehicles on 1/1/2026, and that operator was equally professional and efficient. Kudos to Weil for employing knowledgeable, well‑equipped, and highly professional operators.”
“My car broke down during my trip from New Orleans to Birmingham and I called Wiel and James came to pick me and my car up in the burning heat in no time. He had air conditioning, he was very nice and very reasonably priced. So grateful for this company!!! Thank you again. Highly recommend awesome wrecker service.”
