After speaking with Eddie and explaining the situation, he asked that I email him the pick up location as well as the drop off. He also asked I include the car's make and model along with the plate. Not only was Eddie professional and kind, but he followed up with an emailed a copy of the receipt. The delivery of the car was fast and accurate, no issues. After using West Suburban Tow ONCE, I won't be calling any other tow company in the area!!”

“When stranded, very unexpectedly too, and on a very cold Chicago night (luckily Not one of those below zero nights but 'a feel like it's in the teens with the windchill') I did a quick check on Google Maps found all the closest towing companies. Since I was close to Chicago... I worried a little bit about choosing the right one (thinking that it's possible I may get a bad one) Well the first one was called Triple AAA so I thought that it it should be good but it said Triple AAA specialty services... and the lady that answered was not a nice lady and said she could not help me out and couldn't even recommend another one!? And then she said (she must have had read my mind) were not really triple AAA where their specialty services we just help them out when we can. Well their hours listed 24 hours and she did not care that I could freeze in the cold to death because my battery and alternator were dead so I couldn't even turn the car on for heat. Well, anyway, the next one should was West Suburban and had 5 stars on 5 reviews! I thought that's pretty good 100% 5 4 5! So, I called them and a very nice man answered and said not only could he come pick me up, right away, but started talking about what the possible problems that my car could be having... In another words trying to possibly help me not have to pay a large amount and have to get it towed (since I was about an hour from home and looking at a $250 tow he said- but I knew what the problem was because I had the alternator replaced earlier that day and that's what failed- the brand new alternator... so I knew there's no way out of this but getting it towed so I told him and he agreed and came right away and it was a great ride home and he really was a great guy. Highly recommended!!!”
