“They have competitive prices, deff not the lowest, but deff not the highest around but they offer towing and repair soooo they should charge more. The bills a lil higher than average but I'd rather have someone who charges a little more because the reviews match their work. Never sloppy. They try to make the customer happy! They have exceptional service and call more than once a day. Never have I ever had a car repair shop be this easy to get ahold of, it's amazing! I never felt like I was wondering about my car or left out of the loop. They are very responsive and let me keep my car over night not just one night but two nights because my ride couldn't make it! They didn't charge me a dime more! Very polite people! Very seldomly almost unheard of to have to bring your car back more than once. If you do there probably was a different issue that needed to be addressed because they are mind readers nobody knows your car like you do so tell them what's been ongoing issues with your car so they can "feel it out" run diagnostics that makes there job easier not always having to find the problems them selves and it helps them know where to start if there is maybe more than one issue. They registered my battery to my vehicle omg this is so important as a BMW owner they did it without me asking or making sure. That's so important to me. And makes me feel like the electric problems I have been having in this car is a thing of the past. I am more than pleased with there work and they did an oil change and my car is working a lot better now! For the slightly more than I expected prices (considering the percent that inflation has risen since I last got work done (3.5 yrs) believe inflation has risen at least about 30% to 35% once I looked at the price more realistically it is not bad at all and I realized that their prices are competitive because that's what businesses need to stay up and going. I don't have anything negative to say at all. I didn't have to pay for an Uber eithe”

“I did not have an appointment but they were able to service my car. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained all aspects of my issue...including pictures. There were no hidden charges. They quoted me a price and it did not change. Excellent customer service! My car repair is not completed (defective part from dealership) but I would still continue to use them. Honest and reasonable. I was very satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them! Thanks Vincent...you were a life saver!”
