“I was traveling up I84 passing through NY state when I suddenly started experiencing car trouble. I got off the nearest exit and google led me to Wits. The woman at the front listened to my concerns and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. She understood that I was traveling on a long trip on one of the coldest days of the year and made sure that my car was looked at as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes, the car was being looked at. The issue was fixed and I was back on the road within less than an hour. The cost of the service was very reasonable and everyone I dealt with there was very kind. The waiting area was clean and warm. I was so glad to have found Wits! I sincerely wish they were local to me. I would love to be able to give them more business in the future.”

“Wit's saved me after I hit a pothole while I was in town for a wedding. I was driving a recently inherited ’88 Volvo and started hearing loud sounds underneath. They were the only shop within 10 miles that answered and told me to come right in. Even on a busy Saturday they got it on a lift and diagnosed the issue in about 30 minutes. The transmission crossmember was completely rusted and failing. I ordered the replacement part and they only charged labor. While it was there they also found my brakes were badly rusted, ordered the parts, and fixed those as well along with doing a safety inspection I needed. I was nervous about leaving it 100 miles from home since it’s a family heirloom, but they put me at ease. They were very transparent about pricing and I never felt like they were trying to invent problems or upsell me. Everything was done in a few days - just in time for the July 4th weekend - the price was fair, and they kept me updated the whole time. Really grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them.”
