“Just wanted to give a shout out to xtreme towing. This company has one of the best drivers working for the company his name is Edward. Gave amazing customer service very respectful guy. I called xtreme towing and within 10 minutes I received a call from Edward and dropped him a pin on where I was at and he was at my truck within the hour. I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND xtreme towing to everyone! Not only because their prices are great but most importantly because their driver Mr Edward gave the best customer service I’ve ever received for road side service! He came out to my truck and within another hour we were off the side of the road on the way to the nearest truck repair shop! On our way to the repair shop nothing but positive attitude and spoke highly of his company how good they were. Just by his customer service I’d definitely tell that this xtreme tow company is very good. That Pete 379 ain’t no better sounding truck than that. Very smooth ride even tho these roads are bumpy as hell. I’d def recommend everyone to use this company for all your road side needs! The drivers is what represents your company and I gotta say Mr Edward did one hell of a job! Thank yall for your services today it was very much appreciated!”
“Ok, my choice to have these guys literally Rescue & Tow my tractor/ trailer turned out to be an Excellent decision. Edward is so professional and very etenitive to safety/communication. He explains what he is doing and what he is going to do, all while maintaining SAFETY. I've never towed or pretend to know how to tow, but I could feel the confidence he exzuded while doing everything. With this being said, I give Edward the, "Tow Master", title. Seymour, this guy... Let me explain everyone. I had to be towed 2 times: 1st tow to truck stop with mechanic who helped, but wasn't able to solve my tractor issues. 2nd tow to dealership over 100 miles away, any driver who has experienced this knows the cost. Seymour gave me an incredible rate on 2nd tow and didn't even express to me he was doing so for any acknowledgement or praise. WOW, these guys!”
