But with Road Dog, a receptionist picked up my call right away, and they were able to send out a technician immediately. Richard was dispatched and arrived in less than 10 minutes! And he was a true professional: he knew exactly what to do and finished the job quickly (about 5 minutes!) and effectively (my spare tire was on securely). Richard also had great communication skills and was very friendly. I realize that I was lucky that Richard happened to be in the neighborhood when I called Road Dog, but even if I have to wait a bit longer, I would definitely want Richard to work on my car again should anything happen. I highly recommend Road Dog for anyone seeking emergency roadside assistance!”
