Very kind, so easy to talk to, good company on the ride, and literally…this was the easiest and best tow I have ever had! I’ve had several tows over my lifetime unfortunately, with several different cars, but he was so professional and good at his job! By far the best tow ever! He was very concerned about danaging my car and it went on the flat bed and off of it with ease! Thank you Don! I sure did appreciate you! Give that man a raise! He deserves it!”

Everything was great from start to finish. It was difficult finding a service who could tow a camper or trailer in addition to vehicles and that is another big plus. I told Cody and James, there is nothing better than getting the job done right the first time. I definitely recommend this company which is family owned and will use them again.”

They were unbelievably the most genuine young man that I’ve encountered in such a long time. very polite It was almost as if it was more than just a service to people with these guys. They were so determined to get my 18 wheeler 53 foot trailer hauling 19,000 pounds from out of a ditch. They told me they’re going to do whatever it took and we’re not leaving until we get the job done. These guys are awesome. I am in over the road driver and I so happen to get stuck next to a gym. Trying to go work out. I didn’t get to work out, but it was OK. I told my wife more in detail about what happened and how these guys were and she even said that she were going to leave a review is hard to come across people like this and their prices was unbelievable if you guys read this, I want to say thank you again and do you guys rock I know you guys his father is very blessed. Whatever you guys do always always stay the same never change. God bless.”

He was willing to kindly talk me through the process. He even recommended a mechanic for me and was willing to help me figure out a ride home. He was very responsive and came quickly. Honestly, I felt his pricing was reasonable given the time of day and the short notice. I will be recommending this service to anybody who needs a tow in the future!”

It is very important to me and I am very careful with it. Superior towing sent me Cam and he understood the assignment perfectly and took great care of my truck. He had a great vibe and was very friendly. He handled my truck carefully and triple checked everything before lifting my truck and secured it with no problem. We got to my new apartment and he was able to fulfill my request of placing it onto my assigned spot. It was a tight fit to get the tow truck into the lot and we managed to angle it right into the spot although we had one issue. My tire was out and it also was not able to turn on. This made it incredibly hard to roll it into place but Cam was more than willing to get his hands dirty and help me push it into place. The whole ordeal took much longer than we both anticipated and with SO much more effort as well. I never heard Cam complain at all and was very reassuring in letting me know he was happy to help. This was by far 10/10 service. Cam was a huge help and represented the company greatly. I would 100% recommend superior towing!”

They have assisted with towing multiple vehicles and have also been available to pick me up from the side of the road on several occasions. Last night, I experienced a brake line failure while on the southeast side of town. I contacted Hanna's, and Robert arrived within 30 minutes, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly attitude. He efficiently loaded my dually onto the tow truck. During the drive back to the north side of town, we had a pleasant conversation. Upon reaching my destination, Robert unloaded my vehicle, and we parted ways with a handshake. I highly recommend Hanna's for their dependable service.”
