“I spoke with the staff here after my review (unedited below) and it turns out they have no direct affiliation with the tow truck driver and just give out numbers to help people looking. I told her I wouldn’t recommend ole “Joey” and that Lucky’s Tow Service did a great job for me so maybe give their number out instead. D&M seems like a reputable shop so I’m going to change my rating but leave the original text below in case they end up referring “Joey” again. Original Review: I called around 3 PM and was given the number for “Joey” the tow truck driver. He said he could get to my vehicle in 1.5 to 2 hours and I didn’t need to wait. I gave him all the details and he would call me when he was there to pick it up. We got a ride home and 3 hours later I hadn’t heard so I called back, no answer and a full mailbox. I called several times afterward and sent text messages. Finally I got a ride back over there and found my vehicle untouched and still zero communication 6 hours later. I called a new company who came within 30 minutes. Use caution with this one. I won’t be calling them again.”
