I called, and a truck was there quick. The driver was very nice and accommodating. He stated he knew it was not a safe spot and wanted to get me out of there. He instructed me to wait in his truck while he loaded the car, so I was safe. He also made light conversation, which made me feel comfortable while riding with a stranger. Thank you very much, and I hopefully won't need you again, but if I do, I know I'll call Haney every time.”

I told her I wouldn’t recommend ole “Joey” and that Lucky’s Tow Service did a great job for me so maybe give their number out instead. D&M seems like a reputable shop so I’m going to change my rating but leave the original text below in case they end up referring “Joey” again. Original Review: I called around 3 PM and was given the number for “Joey” the tow truck driver. He said he could get to my vehicle in 1.5 to 2 hours and I didn’t need to wait. I gave him all the details and he would call me when he was there to pick it up. We got a ride home and 3 hours later I hadn’t heard so I called back, no answer and a full mailbox. I called several times afterward and sent text messages. Finally I got a ride back over there and found my vehicle untouched and still zero communication 6 hours later. I called a new company who came within 30 minutes. Use caution with this one. I won’t be calling them again.”
