Michael was fantastic and was a bright spot of a pretty crappy afternoon. Made it to me inside of 40 minutes and took care of dropping it and checking it in to the dealer 20 minutes from where I broke down. He followed up to let me know who had checked it in and gave me peace of mind that they’d call me soon.”

I called Allstate, and about 40 minutes later Bryce and his flatbed showed up. Right away I knew All was going to be good, as Bryce has a classic auto as well. He was TOTALLY careful with the loading, and made me feel great with nothing to worry about. I live only a bit over 3 miles from where my car quit, so the trip home was short, but interesting. Bryce and I chatted about cars and such. Hopefully the next time I have a car break down, and I sure there will be, I will be fortunate to get All American Towing as one of my rescuers!”

I was rushing out of town but had an unexpected vehicle issue requiring a tow from my local mechanic to a Chevy dealership. Big Boy’s was on it super fast - shortly after sending the SOS my vehicle was on their transport and on its way, and I didn’t need to be present for either pick up or drop. Rates are extremely reasonable, too! Very happy with my choice in tow partners and Big Boy’s will have any future towing needs for my family fleet! I wish I’d written down the dispatcher’s name but she was awesome too! Thank you to Big Boy’s, the dispatcher, and Mark (tow driver) - very happy customer here!”
