“I broke down in the middle lane headed north on 71 during evening rush hour. I called, and a truck was there quick. The driver was very nice and accommodating. He stated he knew it was not a safe spot and wanted to get me out of there. He instructed me to wait in his truck while he loaded the car, so I was safe. He also made light conversation, which made me feel comfortable while riding with a stranger. Thank you very much, and I hopefully won't need you again, but if I do, I know I'll call Haney every time.”
“I needed to tow my four door sedan 12 miles. Cost was $115. I called another tow service and their price was $101. However, Penn's had a higher review rating on Google, so I figured the $14 difference would be worth it. Using Penn's Tow Service was a positive experience. The man who answered the phone was patient and helpful. In addition, the guy who towed my car was friendly. They arrived to pickup my car in less than 15 minutes. Price seemed reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to a friend.”
