“I was panicking a little because I was stranded with my car about 30 miles away from home and no stores or mechanic shops were anywhere in site and everything was closed. I had my car towed because of a blinking red light by another tow company to my house. I felt a bit stranded..the other tow truck company basically told me if I needed a ride, I would have to ride in my car on the tow bed. I thought that was so crazy but at the time. I was a little vulnerable to the situation of leaving my car and getting a ride so late. This morning I called for a tow to take my car to a mechanic. Pedro was the nicest tow guy!! He actually asked what was going on with my car when he called. I knew that it would be a pleasant experience based on his tone and concern over the phone. He briefly took the time to at least check my car! As a result, it was determined that my coolant was wayyyy too low!. Long story short, i didn't need a tow he put the fluid in, and the light went off. Had he not went the extra mile, my car would be in line at a service shop all for them to tell me, " your coolant was low!!! As a young lady, we get very intimidated by RED FLASHING lights on our dashboard, I literally thought if I drove my car I could ruin my engine (stay off you-tube ladies...lol) however, Pedro took the time to explain the scenario! He was very professional, courteous, and patient with helping me! My experiences with tow truck drivers has always been very vague and rushed with no concerm with the problem just the "get you towed" and on to the next job...wish the world had more Pedros!!!!”
