“My experience with this company was actually very straightforward. I understand many of the negative reviews come from people upset about having their vehicles towed for illegal parking, but at the end of the day, the responsibility ultimately falls on us for parking where we shouldn’t have. Unfortunately for me, my car was parked near my apartment complex, and although I was initially frustrated, I also knew I had simply missed the posted sign. I can’t fault employees for simply carrying out the responsibilities of their job, and I hope others leaving negative reviews are eventually able to see the situation from that perspective as well. The employee I spoke with gave me two options: pick up the vehicle after hours for an additional $100 fee, or wait until the next day for a lower cost. Since I wanted my car back the same day and understood the situation was my responsibility, I chose the after-hours option, and that’s just personal preference. When I arrived, the employee was polite, professional, and even helped lighten the mood, which I genuinely appreciated. I hope he didn’t think we were upset with him personally, he was simply doing his job, and he handled the interaction respectfully.”

“Unfortunately, I parked in a tow zone and got back to my car in the nick of time. What could have been a super stressful and expensive situation ended up being much easier thanks to Alex. Alex was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He took the time to explain everything to me and treated me with respect. He allowed me to pay the drop fee and avoid having my car towed, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who shows that level of compassion and professionalism. Alex turned a bad day into a much less stressful experience, and I’m very grateful for his help. I hope I never need towing services again, but if I do, I’d be happy to have Alex be the one showing up!!!”
