I understand many of the negative reviews come from people upset about having their vehicles towed for illegal parking, but at the end of the day, the responsibility ultimately falls on us for parking where we shouldn’t have. Unfortunately for me, my car was parked near my apartment complex, and although I was initially frustrated, I also knew I had simply missed the posted sign. I can’t fault employees for simply carrying out the responsibilities of their job, and I hope others leaving negative reviews are eventually able to see the situation from that perspective as well. The employee I spoke with gave me two options: pick up the vehicle after hours for an additional $100 fee, or wait until the next day for a lower cost. Since I wanted my car back the same day and understood the situation was my responsibility, I chose the after-hours option, and that’s just personal preference. When I arrived, the employee was polite, professional, and even helped lighten the mood, which I genuinely appreciated. I hope he didn’t think we were upset with him personally, he was simply doing his job, and he handled the interaction respectfully.”

I was driving on I-25 when my car just died IN TRAFFIC😭 I lost power while driving and luckily had the smallest spot to pullover in between guard rails. I was so scared and I didn’t catch his name but one of their guys drove by on the way to another accident and asked if I was okay and that he would be back after he helped with that accident but suggested I call their company so I did and Joshua B came and was amazing and went above and beyond. He was so kind and made sure he updated us if anything changed! If I ever need a towing company again they will be the one I call😊”

Not only did they arrive earlier than expected, the driver is extremely professional, very, very knowledgeable and always puts our vehicles exactly where we need them. He placed my truck perfectly as if I had drove it myself. I've been in colorado for 5 years now and choice towing is my only choice when I find myself in the unfortunate situation of needing a tow. I was a woman, alone, in a very remote rural area but Schemers tow driver Josh showed up in 30 minutes and was the absolute best! I have a truck with WIDE 40" tires and about 15" of lift...Josh was a complete pro and got my truck on that flatbed as if it was nothing. He was so professional and helpful..I am so thankful and will be a loyal customer in the future. Thank you Josh and Schemers for helping me and really making a cruddy situation so much easier!”
