“Last night, I was frustrated that my newer model Honda wouldn't start and needed to get it to a Honda dealership for repair. Redmon towing came out to tow my car. I was surprised that Jacob Redmon, the younger looking company owner, was driving the truck. He first confirmed where I had asked to be towed but then asked me what was wrong with the car. When I showed him the dash lights were blinking on and off when attempting to start, he told me that he might save me some trouble. He connected his battery pack to my car and the engine started like nothing had been wrong. He charged me a service fee and not a towing fee saving me money...despite the fact that he had driven across town to service my vehicle. I was thrilled that my car was back in business and that I didn't have to spend time getting a loaner car for work the next morning. He could have easily just towed my car the 3 miles to the dealership (as requested), charged me a full towing fee, and I would not have questioned him. I don't write too many reviews, but I'm writing this because I too often find people who run service businesses are not out to serve customers at a fair profit but simply to take full advantage of those in need. Jacob provided me a really good service at a very fair price. Summary of my experience: On time as promised Helpful and honest Reasonable rates I'd definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone”

“I had to get my Mercedes C300 towed and called a few different tow truck companies first, but they were either unavailable or ridiculously expensive. Then I found Redmond Wrecker Service! Jacob answered right away, was super professional, and showed up pretty quickly. My car is my baby, so I was honestly nervous about having it towed. He took great care of it, and you could tell he really respects people's vehicles. Calling a tow truck can be kind of sketchy because you never know who's going to show up or how they'll treat your car, but I had zero worries with Jacob. Great communication, great price, and top-notch service. I highly recommend you ever need a tow!”
