He provided great service and he answered all my questions. He was able to recover the truck and get it taken to a local shop for repairs. He even gave me a ride to a local carmax so I could get home. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with any towing company . If your ever in the Atlanta area and need a heavy duty wrecker service give Marietta towing a call.”

Redmon towing came out to tow my car. I was surprised that Jacob Redmon, the younger looking company owner, was driving the truck. He first confirmed where I had asked to be towed but then asked me what was wrong with the car. When I showed him the dash lights were blinking on and off when attempting to start, he told me that he might save me some trouble. He connected his battery pack to my car and the engine started like nothing had been wrong. He charged me a service fee and not a towing fee saving me money...despite the fact that he had driven across town to service my vehicle. I was thrilled that my car was back in business and that I didn't have to spend time getting a loaner car for work the next morning. He could have easily just towed my car the 3 miles to the dealership (as requested), charged me a full towing fee, and I would not have questioned him. I don't write too many reviews, but I'm writing this because I too often find people who run service businesses are not out to serve customers at a fair profit but simply to take full advantage of those in need. Jacob provided me a really good service at a very fair price. Summary of my experience: On time as promised Helpful and honest Reasonable rates I'd definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone”

Chronologically, on my way to the get an ultrasound, my car felt unsafe to drive and by the time I arrived at Wellstar Kennestone Imaging Center (10:39a); I called my mechanic, he confirmed it was not safe and to have it towed in (McCullough NAPA Auto Care). At 10:45a, I had spoken with Geico Emergency Roadside, they were to dispatch a towing for me –which did not materialize until several hours/several calls placed (5:29pm) when I actually received a response from anyone. Haffed Martinez (from Pantusa Towing Atlanta) acknowledged that there was a problem with the system going down for dispatch BUT he would in fact verify IF my car was in Hospital Parking Lot. Haffed understood that this senior was hard pressed to pay additional monies to get the car IF it were towed by the local police department and assured this would not be the case, as he was heading to retrieve my car within the hour. Haffed then took a series of pictures, validating –my car was still in the parking lot, before towing it into my mechanic’s place; then proceeded to take additional pictures –when placing my keys into the mechanics’ drop box with a form (specifying my information) requesting the mechanic to call me –confirming receipt of my car being delivered (these pictures are attached). To say the least, I am grateful to have found resolve to a most trying day and greatly appreciate how frustrating the day must have been for other insured motorists –relying on emergency roadside/ towing services. Overall, it is comforting knowing there are people like Haffed Martinez that has the kind of compassion and professional posture to go the extra mile –in the midst of technological glitches. A fine example of what exceptional customer service looks like. Thank you and Bless You Mr”
